Positive body image is so important for young girls and we have always felt that it starts from a young age. My bra size post breastfeeding is pretty small and I would get embarrassed about how my blouses and shirts would look if I wasn't wearing the right bra. The only issue was that I hated wearing bras with an underwire or extra padding. I wanted something that gave me a lift and filled my shirts nicely but didn't have all that extra stuff. So, when I finally tried True and Co, it was as if I found the perfect bras. I love both of the styles they sent me and it's crazy how your confidence changes with the right bra set. Their True Body Lift Triangle Adjustable strap bra and True Body Scoop Neck Adjustable Strap bra are not only super comfortable and wire-free but I could wear them with anything - t-shirts, blouses, dresses, and tanks. One of my favorite features of the True Body Lift Triangle Adjustable strap bra is that it gave me that flattering lift I needed to feel confident again. Their undies are amazing too. This may be TMI to say but it feels like you aren't wearing anything lol. The seamless thong felt great and wasn't bothersome like others I have purchased in the past and their hipsters fit just right.

If you've seen our recent stories you know I'm extremely picky when it comes to bras. I don't like wearing wired bras, the material has to be soft and of course you need to feel good! True and Co. checked off everything on my list when it comes to intimate apparel. I love the convertible strap bra because I can wear it in so many ways. I also liked that with both bras, I could keep the light padding or take it off. The True Body Lift Scoop Neck Bra gives more support and I love wearing it with tees and tanks. It is a more fitted fit for the support but still just as comfortable. The hipster underwear are a dream. My biggest issue with underwear is that since I do have a booty, they tend to not stay put and it's a constant struggle finding a good fitting underwear. These were great and I especially love that they're seamless.
We hope that by showing our girls what it means to be a strong, self-loving woman, they will grow to be that and more! Our main wish is that our girls realize and understand how amazing their bodies are, and although you will never think you are perfect, you don't ever question your worth. We are ALL beautiful in our own way and we should EMBRACE that everyday.
