A Beachy Tradition

A little less than five years ago our family started a tradition where we would go for a couple of days to La Playa Resort in Naples. Words can't describe how much I look forward to this trip every year. It always amazing me how it lands right around the time Javi and I need a little getaway. Last year, we weren't able to go because of hurricane season but the last time we went I was pregnant with Annemarie. Now the same beach I was able to enjoy with Javi, we are able to enjoy with our little girl. 

Things to do:

Besides the beach, there are such pretty things to do like watching the sunset on the pier. We really enjoyed this and had actually never done it before. The pier is long and the best spot is all the way at the end - you're literally in the middle of the ocean. 

Fifth Avenue, also known as "Main Street in Old Naples" is also a must. From restaurants, boutique hotels and little shops its a great place to get a variety of attractions.
